PSG attacker Neymar remains in constant contact with Real Madrid over a potential summer move and has already requested his new shirt number, according to reports.
Rumours linking the Brazilian with a shock transfer to the Bernabeu emerged recently, with Neymar growing increasingly unhappy in Paris having clashed with Edinson Cavani over set-piece duties early in the season. Then, in a recent thumping win over Dijon, he took a penalty off the Uruguayan that would have seen him break Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s PSG goal record – and was greeted by boos and jeers by fans as a result.
That rattled Neymar and increased his desire to leave, and Spanish television show El Chiringuito now claim that talks with Real have progressed to such a point that he has already picked his shirt number. One of the conditions he has expressed to Real is that he wants the No.10 shirt – the same he currently wears for PSG and Brazil.
